PRI in Person 2023 Side Event “Net Zero and Climate Resilience in Real Estate”

As a PRI in Person 2023 side event, we are pleased to present a seminar titled “Net Zero and Climate Resilience in Real Estate”. This event will focus on climate change issues in real estate and discuss topics from both Japanese/Asian and global perspectives, including: Net Zero in GRESB, utilization of CRREM, reducing embodied carbon through hybrid timber building, visualizing resilience in real estate, and what can be done to achieve Net Zero and climate resilience.

「不動産におけるネットゼロと気候変動レジリエンス」

2023年度PRI in Person サイドイベントとして、「不動産におけるネットゼロと気候変動レジリエンス」と題したセミナーを開催いたします。本イベントは、不動産における気候変動問題に焦点を当て、日本・アジアとグローバルの両方の視点から議論するものです。GRESBにおけるネットゼロ、CRREMの活用、木造ハイブリッド建築によるエンボディド・カーボンの削減、不動産におけるレジリエンスの可視化、ネットゼロの達成と気候レジリエンス強化を実現するために何ができるか、といったトピックについて議論する機会になれば幸いです。奮ってご参加賜りますよう謹んでご案内申し上げます。
